Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by teas. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Nogu hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At some point she was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and revenge

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Mella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
