History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He became a Dyer soon after.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Thomas was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thomas was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want her driven away
