Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Doctor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tyna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Tyna was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Scribe. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tyna never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
