Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His golden hair is thinning but still full. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Vondal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vondal decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
