Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hork studied abroad. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hork alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
