Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He has taken up work as a Banker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

So far, no-one knows but her.
