She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ella was born with her father's beautiful face. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting dire rats, the young Ella began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
