Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Claira alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter.
