He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shadow has worked very hard to control his curse. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: Standing 5'1", this woman is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Butcher. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Emma learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
