History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Paggen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His scarlet crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Beggar but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Patrin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now mingles about in high society.
