Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. River was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many giants want her driven away

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Direcris's homeland. Direcris decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
