History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Vicky was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Masseuse. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
