Description: This man stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull red iron scale mail. She keeps her long beige fur kept up in a rat tail. She has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a red feather.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Spring lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and revenge

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vaina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
