History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He has achieved small success as a Carpenter.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Kaladan was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Qualen isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
