History: Millicent was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in monstrous two handed axe use. Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
