History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
