Description: This woman stands a little under 3'6" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. Her silver hair is well kept. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She became a Sellsword soon after.

Description: This tall, slender man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His ears are large.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born into a rich family. Nuraval was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Farmer. After a long history of fighting, Nuraval and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a violet broad hat and violet clothes. Her head has been shaved. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears skinny pants and wears a black and tan robe with the hood down, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paymon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter
