History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Miner. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a tan costume with the symbols of the sun god on her torso. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Waywocket was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
