Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. History: Ruloth was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Ruloth was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ruloth's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vaina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
