History: She was born into a rich family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. She has worked as a Scribe like her mother before her.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
