Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Architect, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: Bagga was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
