Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.
