History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Nyx and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Grom grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: An older man who wears just a black suit, he is not a threatening figure. His long green crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Medrash grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Medrash. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: Adrie is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She takes great joy in being the best Herbalist in town.

History: Adrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she's in love
