History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She found a children's book about a Elf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: Ootah is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with her Sculptor father left her crippled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
