History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nedda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nedda studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Nedda took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. She became a Fletcher soon after.
