Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When Quarion reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Quarion was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Lavinia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: She was born into a rich family. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Gnome Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
