Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a large blue jacket. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Quarion was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Quarion alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He keeps his gray fur in a pixie cut. His yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Five took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His crest is cut close to his head. His red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She is a husky woman, who has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bryseis will drive conversation. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
