History: Jarsali was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Assassin like his mother before him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oren embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Guard. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls
