History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Engong was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
