History: Quillathe was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: Gifted from a young age, Gadreel studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
