History: She was born into a rich family. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'4" when asserting herself. Her blonde hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avelina. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Kathra was taken on many hunting expeditions. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This younger middle-aged man tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and a wedding ring on his left hand. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bilbron embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Bilbron liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
