History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Halander was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Halander's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
