Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are white and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Cimer took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alvyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Alvyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His fur is brown and very short. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Banker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
