History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Conrad was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears just a black suit. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Yevelda's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Yevelda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Weaver, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Bardryn learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
