Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. Her head has been shaved. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Urshar was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is still thick. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Fallthra's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by her family; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She carries a battered quarterstaff and tarnished greatsword as well. Her white fur is thinning but still full. Her copper eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: Born in the east to a Mason, Cloud learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Cloud took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor she uses now. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to reunite with her absent mother
