History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born in a small island village. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scythe, just in case. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His ears are large.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Crown-heir kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
