Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Smoking learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. He wears his brown hair up. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
