History: Tippletoe was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
