History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tawna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gennal will drive conversation. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Gennal was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Emen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nimble is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
