History: Mara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Engraver and was forced into it by his family; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
