When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is dressed in an above average manner. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
