History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Halander was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Gilthur was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gilthur's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Courier. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: Adran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
