Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Zook was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Scribe. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Scribe, and she later adopted a second daughter.
