Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears dull white sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Kelter has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Patrin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
