History: Born in the south to a Bather, Arannis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure

Description: This light-skinned female wears a black shirt with thin green vertical stripes and black pants. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Huru and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.
