She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Portia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
