Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Map Maker but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gifted from a young age, Neega studied abroad. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over.
