History: Quarion was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This woman is very fat, and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed blue hat.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cumpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Cumpen was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cumpen's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is greedy

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ruler and is in decent physical shape. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Amûg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and money/treasure

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She has blonde hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Vicky was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of dire rats
