Description: He stands about 4'4" and wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a black shirt, with a violet mid length shorts with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a green vest and prefers yellow and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has moderate length silver hair. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: An older man who wears a tan shirt with thin black vertical stripes and grey pants, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
