The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a white shirt, with a blue mid length shorts with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Feng wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
